🍯 Ingredients

  • 3 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 packet (2¼ tsp) instant yeast

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ¾ cup warm milk

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 6 tbsp salted butter (room temp)

  • 3 eggs (room temp)

  • 1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp water (egg wash)

  • Flaky sea salt (for topping)

Sage Honey Butter:

  • 12 fresh sage leaves

  • 6 tbsp salted butter (room temp)

  • 3 tbsp honey


🍽️ Directions (Simplified)

1️⃣ Warm milk + honey → dissolve yeast → rest 5 mins.
2️⃣ Add eggs, butter, flour, and salt → knead till smooth.
3️⃣ Let rise 1 hr (until doubled).
4️⃣ Shape into rolls → brush with egg wash.
5️⃣ Bake golden brown at 350°F (175°C) for ~20 mins.
