There’s something magical about peach season — the way juicy
sweetness meets creamy burrata and a salty crunch that makes summer taste golden. These
crostini are that perfect bite: elegant, easy, and totally addictive.
🧺 Ingredients
- 1 loaf
sourdough or French baguette, sliced
- ⅓ cup
grated Parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup
grated Pecorino cheese
- 1
clove garlic, grated
- 2 tbsp
fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp
melted butter
- 4 oz
prosciutto
- 8 oz
burrata cheese, room temperature
- 2 ripe
peaches, thinly sliced
- Hot
honey, for drizzling
- Fresh
basil, for garnish
🥖 Instructions
1. Make the crostini base.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a small bowl, mix melted butter, grated
garlic, thyme, Parmesan, and Pecorino. Brush each baguette slice generously and
arrange on a baking sheet. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until crisp and golden.
2. Crisp the prosciutto.
Place prosciutto slices on parchment and bake alongside the crostini for 8–10
minutes until crisp. Cool slightly; they’ll become wonderfully crunchy.
3. Assemble the magic.
Top each crostini with a spoonful of burrata, a peach slice, and a shard of
crispy prosciutto. Drizzle with hot honey and finish with fresh basil.
4. Serve immediately.
Enjoy these beauties warm, preferably outdoors with a glass of chilled wine and
the sound of evening crickets — chef’s kiss!
