Step 1 — Prep:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8x8-inch baking pan.
Step 2 — Melt Chocolate:
In a saucepan on low heat, melt butter and mini chocolate chips together. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Step 3 — Mix Batter:
