Maple Whipped Cream

1 cup heavy whipping cream

½ cup maple syrup

2 cinnamon sticks

2 tablespoons bourbon (or 1 tablespoon vanilla)

Step 1 — Prep the bread

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Arrange challah slices in a greased baking dish.
