Easy Crockpot Chicken Parmesan – Cheesy, Tender & Irresistible!

Juicy chicken breasts simmer in a rich tomato-basil sauce, layered with melted mozzarella and crispy Parmesan crumbs. So easy, so flavorful  all the comfort of classic chicken parm, without the mess. Serve over spaghetti for the perfect Italian-style dinner everyone will love! ❤️


🥘 Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts

  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes

  • 3 tbsp tomato paste

  • 2 shallots, chopped

  • ¼ cup Italian seasoning

  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves

  • Chili flakes, sea salt & pepper

  • 1–2 Parmesan rinds

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone

  • 2 tbsp salted butter

  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

  • 1 lb cooked spaghetti


👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Add chicken, tomatoes, tomato paste, shallots, and seasonings to your slow cooker.
2️⃣ Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender.
3️⃣ In a small skillet, melt butter and toast Panko with garlic until golden. Stir in Parmesan.
4️⃣ Sprinkle mozzarella and the toasted crumbs over the chicken; cover until cheese melts.
5️⃣ Serve over spaghetti and garnish with fresh basil or parsley.

💡 Tip: Add a drizzle of olive oil and extra chili flakes for a spicy kick! 🌶️
