✨ INGREDIENTS

Praline Pretzels

  • 2 tbsp salted butter

  • ½ cup dark brown sugar

  • 3 tbsp heavy cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 cups mini pretzel twists

  • ⅓ cup raw pecans

  • Flaky salt

Cookies

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter, room temp

  • 1 cup dark brown sugar

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg + 1 yolk

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 ½ tsp baking soda

  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • ½ cup dark chocolate chunks


🍯 HOW TO MAKE THE PRALINE PRETZELS

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in brown sugar + cream.

  2. Simmer until thick and bubbly, then stir in vanilla.

  3. Toss pretzels + pecans in the caramel mixture.

  4. Spread on a lined tray and sprinkle flaky salt.

  5. Let cool, then roughly chop.


🍪 HOW TO MAKE THE COOKIES

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Beat butter + sugars until fluffy.

  3. Add egg, yolk, and vanilla.

  4. Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

  5. Fold in chocolate chips + chunks.

  6. Add chopped praline pretzels.

  7. Scoop onto a baking sheet.

  8. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden but centers are soft.

  9. Add a pinch of flaky salt on top!
