✨ INGREDIENTS
Praline Pretzels

2 tbsp salted butter

½ cup dark brown sugar

3 tbsp heavy cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups mini pretzel twists

⅓ cup raw pecans

Flaky salt
Cookies
-
1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter, room temp

1 cup dark brown sugar

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 large egg + 1 yolk
-
2 tsp vanilla extract
-
2 cups all-purpose flour

1 ½ tsp baking soda
-
1 ½ tsp baking powder
-
1 tsp salt

½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ cup dark chocolate chunks
🍯 HOW TO MAKE THE PRALINE PRETZELS

Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in brown sugar + cream.

Simmer until thick and bubbly, then stir in vanilla.

Toss pretzels + pecans in the caramel mixture.

Spread on a lined tray and sprinkle flaky salt.

Let cool, then roughly chop.
🍪 HOW TO MAKE THE COOKIES

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Beat butter + sugars until fluffy.

Add egg, yolk, and vanilla.

Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Fold in chocolate chips + chunks.

Add chopped praline pretzels.

Scoop onto a baking sheet.

Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden but centers are soft.
